“But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” - John 20.31

Jesus once asked his followers a critical question; “who do you say I am”? After several attempts at answering, Peter prompted by the Holy Spirit made this confession. “You are the Christ (the anointed One) Son of the Living God.” What a revelation that was…

That same question is being asked of each of us today and how we answer is so crucial that it will determine our eternal destiny. Praise God for those of us who have examined ‘the things that are written’ and have come to the conclusion that Jesus was not a liar, certainly not a lunatic but that he is the Christ Son of the living God and that by believing in him we have life through his name. I suspect like me, all of us have family members, friends and neighbours who have not accepted Christ and have no assurance of eternal. There are some persons that I cannot imagine being in heaven without; that is why I will be praying and seeking every opportunity to show and share Jesus with them. I pray that this Easter countless souls everywhere will believe and have life through Jesus name.
