Welcome to ‘What’s on’ at the Sanctuary in July and to our new teaching series, 30 Days in the Word. What better way to begin the 1⁄2 half of the year by raising the value of the Word. No other habit will transform our life and make us more like Jesus than to study and act upon God’s Word. To be a healthy disciple of Jesus, we must feed on God’s word. Jesus said, “If you abide in my word, then you are truly my disciples” (John 8:31). The goal of this series is so you will;

•   Love the Word of God like you’ve never loved it before

•   Learn the Word of God like you’ve never learned it before

•   Live the Word of God like you’ve never lived it before

  The series is an abridged version of the 40 Days in the Word campaign (www.40daysintheword.com) Author Rick Warren stresses that, “God’s Word is not meant just to inform you, but to transform you”. Jesus says both hearing and applying the Word creates the foundation for our lives and help us to stand when the storm comes. May we be blessed, grow and prosper as we meditate and obey God 30 Days in the Word.
